Officers are elected at each annual meeting of the Association. Vacancies will be filled with interim members who will serve until the next annual election.
All officers may be re-elected to any number of terms.
The Annual Timberline Meadows HOA meeting is held
the 2nd Tuesday in January of each year.
PROXY FORM - If you are unable to attend the meeting, please fill out the a proxy form. You may return your form to the board by postal mail, e-mail to TMHOAPresident@gmail.com, or by hand delivering the form to any board member. Proxies may be turned in at the meeting, but if possible please arrive early so the secretary may register your proxy and not delay the meeting.
